Please visit our website at to view other exciting opportunities.Achieve annual sales goals for the Ontario Food Service Industry in alignment with the overall Division sales strategy.Develop and achieve annual region and key account plans to meet Food Service Division sales and profit objectives.Create opportunities to grow existing business and develop new business.Draft proposals in response to customer requests for proposalExecute segment targeting, distributor void planning and account planning in accordance with division guidelines.Manage, coach and motivate direct selling team to drive profitable business results.Develop intimacy with key leveraged operator landscape for assigned Region in Canada.Utilize marketing and customer marketing team to use consumer data to influence the purchase decision by developing well articulated and compelling information to partner in driving customer growth.Execute national accounts strategies and programs for assigned region.What do I need to be considered a candidate?Post secondary education (college/university diploma/degree) in marketing, business, economics or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years experience in Food Service industryEstablished relationships with key customers preferredKnowledge of the unique dynamics of the Canadian market preferred (e.g. regulatory issues, market concentration, consumer dynamics, etc)Excellent negotiation and presentation skillsSuperior communication skills (written and oral)Ability to work independentlyEffective in team environmentUnderstanding of Customer P&LsProficient with Microsoft Office Products including Excel; Power Point; OutlookTravel 25% of the timeWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and invite qualified candidates to apply.
